worst service ever - Service / Installation


I have been waiting over two wweeks for the pleasure of receiving service already paid for. Two techs have cone out to no avail and hour agents seem to care less. How you can subnect your customers tto such poor service and stay in business is mind boggeling but its probably because its you or direct TV. Your ads are lies because your service iis terrible. I work at a major retail department store and I would be fired if I allowed my customers issues to go unresolved for three weeks. I have been gathering names of other dissatisfied customers and will put together a complaint board on twitter snd facebook. Oh wait, they are already there. Suddenlink is a terrible dissappointment and I will not be surprised when enough people cancel service and run you out of business.
